Isn’t it amazing how easy it is to grab someone’s attention when scientific evidence confirms what ancient wisdom has been teaching for thousands of years?

This is what’s exactly what’s happening with the brand new scientific evidence of how kindness, compassion and gratitude impact your mental and emotional health and how it can make you happy. This body of work is being brought to the forefront by scientist, Dr David Hamilton, author of Why Kindness is Good for You.

During the next Consciousness Revolution Show on Wed 17th March, Dr Hamilton will be revealing how kindness and compassion counteract inflammation in the body, which is now believed by scientists to be at primary cause of a number of serious diseases (including heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s) and to play a role in almost all serious diseases.

You’ll be hearing precisely how certain hormones have such a dramatic effect on your emotional intelligence and what you can do to transform to create the emotions that lead to your personal evolution.

 Time of interview: 8pm GMT; 9pm CET; 3pm CET; 12pm PST;

Date: Wednesday 17th March 2010
